ComVoices provided a written submission on the Incorporated Societies Bill in May 2021, and then an oral submission to the Select Committee in July 2021.
ComVoices acknowledged the shortcomings of the current 1908 Act and supported the recommendations of the Law Commission in its 2013 Report A New Act for Incorporated Societies.
